Baby Choi | At-Home Newborn Session

8 Months after Evelyn was born, MY BEST FRIEND WELCOMED HOME HER OWN LITTLE NUGGET. I can’t get over how much attitude this little man gave me already! And if he’s anything like his sister, they will be the ones running the show - sorry mom.

I’ve known the Choi family for a few years now having met during my first semester at Eastern Michigan University. We’ve helped each other make it through tough times, homework, and projects, and she’s even pushes me to do more than what is asked for! I’ve never been more involved on campus than I have now after I met the Choi family.

If you have a friend, maybe she’s a first time mom, they are adopting, maybe you are a first time friend of someone with kids, I want to let you in on a secret: Mom’s love coming home to flowers. Bringing them to the hospital is an added thing the parents have to load their car with, but decorating their house with flowers and maybe doing a little tidying is such a nice and refreshing surprise. It’s something my wonderful mother did for me, and something I will be doing for all of my momma friends.

Welcome home little bud!

Do you know any expecting mommas? Send them flower packages, leave them on their front porch, or bring some crock-pot meals, those first few weeks are rough!

Love always,
