Spicer Orchards | Michigan Cider Mills
Pumpkins, apple picking, apple cider, and donuts are what come to mind when you think of fall in Michigan (do I even mention the bees?). A trip to your local Cider Mill for those fresh donuts and hand pressed apple cider is a fall bucket list must have. So whether you are planning a solo trip, date day, or family outing, let’s go enjoy a beautiful day at a cider mill in Michigan!
Starting with Spicer Orchards // 10411 Clyde Rd., Fenton, MI 48430
After parking, you may have to walk through a bit of the apple orchard before getting to the main building and area. If you are coming on a weekend, then you may have the chance at seeing vendors, food trucks, face painting, and bounce houses. You can head into the main building for already picked apples, fresh baked goodies, apple cider, gifts, and so much more! Or, head over to Spicer Winery for a flight of wine or hard ciders.
After leaving the sitting area, you can head straight to the kid’s area. There are multiple play structures for all ages, games, and zip lines. There is a sand pit for some digging fun, slides, and swings all throughout the play area. You can also find pavilions and farm animals in this section.
Or you can take a hayride out to the corn maze and enjoy some U-picking fun throughout the growing seasons. Spicer Orchards is one of our personal favorites for all the have to offer! You can even find seasonal fun such as Spookley, the Harvest Festival, the Pumpkin Run 5k, and a very special visit with Santa around December. There’s no shortage of activities at Spicer Orchards!
