I want to be your hype girl because when we get to know each other like best friends, I will be able to capture your story through your memories!

What To Expect

I’m a Keweenaw Peninsula based wedding & family photographer most passionate about capturing the magic in any moment. I’m sure this all sounds great up to now, but are you ready for the catch? I won’t pose you. Yep, you read that right. I’m not about poses or fake smiles in front of the camera, or feeling awkward while some random vendor just shoves a camera in your face. That’s not me.

Like I said before, I’m all about serving YOU and capturing moments the way they truly feel. I strive to create an amazing experience. It’s how I am able to make my clients feel comfortable, how I am able to capture candid photographs, and images that make you feel everything from that moment in time. You won’t be just another client, another number on my calendar, or person in my books. If you want someone who remembers your anniversary, your child’s birthday, another friend, then I’m your girl! I vow not to be just another person behind the camera.

I’ll help you choose the package that best fits your wedding, or help you build a custom package, we discuss all the fun stuff over a quick zoom call, and I send over a contract to make it all official!

After you book with me, I am available to help walk you through all that wedding planning! Whether you need help timeline planning, choosing colors, picking out a location, I am here to help!

The Big Day!

Your wedding day is here!! I will be by your side all day, making sure we stay on schedule, capturing all the important moments (both big and small), and helping make you feel as comfortable as possible. You can expect your photographs to be delivered within 90 days.

WHAT IS THE COST OF BOOKING/HOLDING MY DATE?

To book, a contract and deposit are required, a deposit is $250 for weddings and $50 for lifestyle sessions, all deposit amounts come off of your final total.

HOW DO I FILL OUT A CONTRACT AND QUESTIONNAIRE?

All contracts and questionnaire forms are emailed to you, we both keep records. I like to include a consultation to explain both forms, go over expectations from both parties (Searra Liggett LLC and Client), and to better vision what your day will be like to better serve my clients.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

We cover in your questionnaire your expectations, style, and how your day will flow. There is no image cap, the best of the best will be in your final gallery!

HOW FAR ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?

I would LOVE to meet you wherever your magical day may be! However, long distance travel often requires expenses, such as transportation and lodging, that typically aren’t covered by my standard packages. As such, anything outside of the 2 hour radius from my home in Houghton, MI is subject to additional costs to cover these expenses at a fair, dependable rate. I do not want distance to be a barrier between us though and am always willing do whatever I can to make this special moment come true for you!

WHAT IS FINAL TURNAROUND TIME?

Final Galleries are sent out within 90 days.
