Gage + Josie reached out to me about a surprise engagement session on Lake Superior, and of course I said let’s do it!!
These two were the cutest thing to watch. They were so kind and tender with each other, even with my silliest prompt. They were laughing the whole time and truly having fun! It was so clear that they’re best friends.
Gage admitted that he was so nervous to ask Josie to marry him at first! He wanted them to have a house. It wasn’t until his best friend said “a house is just a place to put your stuff, home is where you’re together and happy”. He then told me, “I’m home whenever she’s with me.” I get goosebumps each time I read that!! Their love was so apparent throughout the whole session and it was such a joy capturing their devotion to each other.
