Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

You have the correct software for use:
For desktop: Adobe Lightroom CC Classic. This is a computer software program, not a mobile app.
For mobile filters: You do not need to pay for an Adobe subscription, but do make sure that you are able to download the Lightroom CC mobile app in whichever app store you have before purchasing.
Desktop presets are intended for RAW (DNG) files only. Please fully understand what RAW means before purchasing.
Duplicate purchase refunds will be subject to transaction fees.
The product (and all words, images, and designs within) is copyrighted and may not be shared between parties or resold. Suspicious download activity will be reported and fined.
If you do lose your downloads (presets or E-books) and fail to back them up in a safe place, as per instructions, we can resend your files within 3 months of purchasing. Any time after that period, the responsibility is solely on the purchaser to back up the files in case a computer crashes and we will not resend the downloads.
